They do NOT have a gluten free menu. They do offer GF pizza crusts and GF bread, but you have to ask questions to figure out what is truly GF. I did not feel entirely confident that the person who took our orders knew what she was talking about. If you eat here be prepared to ask questions.
This place is not actually gluten free!!! Their pizza is supposedly GF because they have GF pizza crust. However, when I asked if they use a separate part of the oven or a special tray for the GF pizza they said no - the GF pizzas are cooked directly on the same surface as regular crusts. For a person with Celiac, that doesn't work. So I decided to order the chicken curry sandwich on gluten free bread instead. I specifically told them I have Celiac and they assured me there is no gluten whatsoever in the sandwich, as long as I order it with GF bread. When I got back to my office and went to eat my sandwich I noticed the bread was toasted. I called to inquire and sure enough, the bread was placed/toasted on the same surface as normal bread. The sandwich went right into the trash. Gluten free?? Five stars for intention. Zero stars for execution.
I have taken quite a few friends here (most that are not on restricted diets), and they seem to have something for everyone. There is a large variety of gluten free options, and they can also accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets. Their prices are pretty reasonable too. Their gluten free pizzas have the best tasting crusts, and their dinner options are wonderful as well! I only did four stars since there aren't a lot of organic options but otherwise I would give them five stars. Favorites: Green Peas, Chipotle Chicken, and Roasted Veggie Gluten Free Pizzas are always great choices Please see more gluten free options in this area by checking out my other restaurant reviews: http://voices.yahoo.com/eating-gluten-free-dairy-free-venice-beach-12185386.html
