95% of the menu is Gluten Free! Staff is very knowledgable. They have been converting the menu to be more GF friendly since the day they opened. There's usual a chef around to help customers with special dietary needs too. Makes you feel safe with someone like that putting so much care into the product. The Gluten Free Flatbreads are made by sensitive sweets. So good. The GF Tortilla is made by Udis.

Every dessert Is gluten free and has vegan options too. Gluten Free Beer too!!!
