As someone mentioned below, most of the fresh deli food is wheat-free, not gluten free.

The store is like a messy Wholefoods. They have lots of gf & df packaged food, Udi’s bread, Kite Hill yogurt, canned fish, etc.

There is an indoor eating area past the checkout which has a microwave, toaster oven, plates, water, etc . Also there is a small sheltered picnic area outside.

Many gluten free options — processed, baked, fresh. Everything is labeled. I love their gluten free vegan cupcakes.

Good selection of gluten free groceries and some tasty desserts but I was disappointed by the deli/ prepared options. We stopped in to pick up some food for lunch and were told that our only option was the salad bar- which had limited options. They also label their food as WF- wheat free instead of gluten free which makes me kind of nervous.
