I really wanted this place to work! After reading the other reviews I took a risk as a celiac and went through with them the cross contamination procedures. They got out a clean knife, then put it on a table with bread crumbs. They used the same tongs for gluten and no gluten chicken. And worst of all, the cook (after all the conversation on my being celiac) accidentally made my sandwich with a gluten bun. I fortunately caught his mistake and didn’t eat it—they didn’t apologize or seem to understand. I will never eat here as a celiac.
