Stopped here for breakfast. Staff was understood Celiac and said they took precautions with cross contamination and cleaned the grill before making the gluten free pancakes and hash browns. Food was delicious and I had no reactions to my breakfast. They did say they are more limited for lunch, but had several gluten free options for breakfast. Place was clean and staff was very friendly.

Service was subpar. Beyond pancakes waffles and fruit plate, not much was gluten free. Food was just average. Most diners were there for the mimosas, not the food.

WAFFLE MAKER PERMANENTLY CONTAMINATED W GLUTEN. So even though they offer "GF" waffles, they will not actually be gluten free.

Breakfast was delicious! Really good GF pancakes and servers were knowledgeable!

We ate at the location on Fort Apache. There isn’t a GF menu but there are a few egg dishes, pancakes & waffle that are gluten free. I had the veggie scramble and waffle which were very delicious. The waffle had a good texture and I even asked to Make sure they gave me the GF waffle. Service was good and it was a little pricey but good Portions for sharing. Good option for breakfast in the SW area of Las Vegas.

Great GF pancakes! I got the Griddlecakes with a side of bacon, eggs, and “home fries.”

I went and the service was poor and super slow. Took over 30 minutes to get a menu. Their pancakes and waffles are made with Pamela mix and if I wanted that i could make it at home cheaper. It's not a good mix at that. No flavor, super dense and turns to mush with syrup. I really can't see a reason to return

I applaud them for having a gluten-free option when it comes to the pancakes and waffles they use Pamela's pancake mix for both and in my opinion the waffles and the pancakes are very dense they're not light or fluffy their made with almond meal added and it's it's not very tasty it tastes like baking soda you can taste pure baking soda on your tongue while you're trying to enjoy these pancakes of these waffles but you just can't do it. I ordered the gf waffle , 1 scrambled egg on the side and Apple juice . Total price $16.22. That's ridiculous . I will not be eating at griddlecakes anymore I'm totally disappointed for a second time but I applaud them for the effort, but I know a place where they can go and order the gf waffles if they want some really good quality gf waffles and that's Beau Monde gluten free bakery.

We are from out of town but I was very impressed by their gf waffle. I couldn't eat the whole thing it was so good. I'm stuffed!

The name of the restaurant is griddlecakes....and they offer gluten free griddle cakes. I asked the server if they have gluten free syrup, he said no. I don't understand this. Do you eat waffles or pancakes without syrup? Why would you ever expect someone with Celiac to do it. Pure maple syrup is gluten free and quite easy to keep a bottle of.

Great food! Large quantities!! I will be back!!
