I tried their General Tso sandwich because I had been craving some gluten free Chinese. It really was more like teriyaki shredded chicken- which was good but not what I was expecting. (Gluten free soy sauce) They now use Glutino toasted bread (on separate spot on the grill) which was fine. The cook said all sandwiches would be gluten free if on gluten free bread. Though expensive, it was very filling. I will go back, but I'll try a different sandwich.
Great sandwhiches and chips!!! The bread is great!
I've eaten at Grill-a-Brothers many times and have never been contaminated. As the previous reviewer mentioned, they change gloves and use foil on the grill to prevent cross contamination. I've had the Cuban, Meatball, Pulled Pork, and the Rib sandwiches. You can't go wrong with these guys!
Their sandwiches can be made on GF bread, which they make themselves. Both of the owners have relatives with celiac, so are very knowledgeable and careful. Almost all of their sandwiches can be made GF and are all DELICIOUS. They don't have a dedicated space, but change gloves, use different utensils, and put foil down on the flat top to reduce chances of contamination. Try the Tony Montana (cuban sandwich). YUM!
