Review of Grilla Bites

This restaurant offers well prepared food of a very high quality, much of which happens to be vegetarian or vegan and/or gluten-free. For someone with gluten intolerance who eats vegetarian, this is an amazing place. There's a beautiful salad bar, some delicious gluten-free soups, and an array of sandwiches that can be prepared gluten-free upon request. I particularly recommend the minestrone, which is not offered nearly often enough--it is scrumptious. The only drawback is the price. If one orders a la carte, as vegetarians often do, it can be quite pricy. I am glad this restaurant is in Chico.
