Went for company Christmas party, our waiter Aquil was very helpful. I was the only one in a party of 20ish that had gluten intolerance. He not only helped me with substitutions he made an alternative dessert for me.

It was great and I did not get contaminated at all.

@April, the GF's are on both the items that automatically are prepared GF and the items that can be prepared GF. You have to let your server know. It's an easy substitution which is why they list it as a GF choice.

Just trying to spread the word that Grillsmith has labeled some menu items as gluten free when they are not! Please be careful when dinning out at restaurants. Know what ingredients are GF and which ones are NOT! Farro is NOT gluten free.

Great food, great atmosphere and amazing staff. Menu is clearly marked GF on items and since it's a scratch kitchen they can edit anything as needed. Knowledgeable staff and tastes wonderful. Highly recommend. I just wish they had some type of bread or crostini for the Cajun shrimp app. Tastes good but needs something

The power went out but the food was great! 😂 they made sure it was gluten free.

I had a phenomenal experience here. For reference, I am celiac and can not do cross-contamination due to the severity of my allergy. I felt very comfortable there, and my server went above and beyond to ensure I was safe. She was very knowledgeable about spices, sauces, and the whole 9. I had a wedge salad with sirloin, the best wedge I’ve ever had. They have a lot more items marked GF on their menu. My husband and I can’t wait to go back and try more yummy dinners! P.S. they are a scratch kitchen, so this helps a ton with their ability to modify and keep gluten-free guests safe, no guessing!
