Grindz Food Truck

I love it when they bring their food truck to the hospital where I work! I have also been to their other location. I am so happy to be able to eat Hawaiian again. All their sauces are GF- the only thing they make with gluten is the macaroni salad. I feel they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination etc. The food is great!

Grindz Food Truck now has a second location where Marakesh used to be in downtown Albany. They make all their sauces from scratch and make them all gluten free. The breads and macaroni salad of course aren't gluten free. But their slaw and amazing meats are. Super friendly staff and if you message them on fb with questions they're super responsive.
