Grits Cafe

Plenty of GF items to choose from and all labeled on the menu. They even have desserts. They do have a shared fryer, but our waitress was knowledgeable and knew it wasn’t fully GF. Great food and service!

Great restaurant! Offered hot gluten free biscuits!

Menu had some GF options but definitely limited. Items that were listed as gluten free were not celiac friendly. For example, fried gf items are not fried in dedicated gf dryer. Ended up with salad and chicken breast. Good, but not amazing or super gf friendly.

Majority of menu was either gluten free or had the option of gluten free. Our waitress was very knowledgable & the fried grits were great!

Fantastic southern food without being too heavy! They even brought me a gluten free biscuit when they brought the regular biscuits out. Service is awesome and they really understand what gluten is and which of their foods contain it. This restaurant is a MUST!!

Lots of gluten free options in this adorable, southern cafe. The food is amazing and the staff are super helpful when it comes to gluten free options. If you are in Forsyth, this cafe is a must!
