Great place - very celiac aware. Owners family members have celiac. Ordered strawberries and cream French toast, regular French toast, Gorgonzola, spinach and mushroom omelette with home fries, bacon and toast. Omelette wasn’t great but that was because Gorgonzola was too rich for me, it was cooked well. French toasts were amazing! Highly recommend. We will be back.

Staff is knowledgeable of celiac & gluten allergies. Items that are gf are marked on the menu and marked gf when it comes to the table. I was told they have dedicated spaces & grills for gluten free items. Didn’t get sick and enjoyed the food. The french toast was not my favorite but hey, pickers can’t be choosy. Great option for bf when in the cape.

Just went here for the first time and had a great experience! There was a line out the door when we arrived, but they seated people very quickly, so it wasn’t a problem at all. When I asked our server about procedures, she told me that her boss’s daughter has celiac so the kitchen is very well trained on how to handle cross contact. The gluten free French toast is cooked on a separate flat top, which great! I ordered the stuffed berry French toast ($2 up charge for gf bread) which was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t tell what type of bread they use, but it was about the size of normal bread, which spooked me a little and I had to reconfirm that the meal was, in fact gluten free. My boyfriend had an omelette which he also really enjoyed. This was a great find and we will definitely be back!

I’ve eaten here multiple times, and they always take good care of me and are very knowledgeable on the kitchen practices. Home fries are cooked on a separate cook top so there is no cross contamination, and items cooked GF are cooked in a separate pan. The GF French toast is wonderful!!!

I would recommend carefully discussing cross contamination protocols with the staff before ordering. My waiter seemed completely unaware of the concept even when I said I had an allergy to gluten. They do have a dedicated toaster, but beyond that I’m not sure how careful they are.

Busy, well-staffed diner with lots of GF options. The server I spoke to over the phone told me she & her granddaughter have Celiac & assured me that they had safety protocols including a dedicated toaster. Average diner fare, but it felt safe to eat here.

The staff is very knowledgeable about Celiac disease. While I was there they told me that two of the owners kids have celiac disease so they know what they’re doing. Their toaster is gluten free and they made sure to dedicate a clean space for gluten free in separate pans. Their gluten free french toast is the best I’ve ever had! You can also get almost any sandwich with the gluten free bread.
