Symptomatic Celiac

I was here for one week and they made me my own breakfast and dinner every day. For breakfast they heated up a gluten free baguette and they also had gluten free cookies and cereal. For dinner they made gluten free pizza or pasta. There were also other foods without gluten at the buffet. They also made sure that I had different deserts to choose from so they made me 3-5 different desserts every day. All the employees were so nice and understanding. Good place, good people and good food!
