Review of Guaco Taco

We drove to Cedar Park last night to check out GUACO TACO. I had the original beef taco and 5 layer chicken taco. Both were yummy! And the shells....oh my! The sauces were also very good. It’s a GF, sit down, “fast food”, but really good. My daughter ordered cheese quesadillas, which were good, but very small (only 4 small slices). My husband, who has no issues with gluten, but who is low carbing for 30 days, had the taco salad with carnita. What a disappointment! Literally a tablespoon size of shredded pork in a small bowl of iceberg lettuce and a little cheese!😳 My daughter and I have Celiac and had no issues.
