GYG are upfront about the fact that they have flour tortillas in their kitchen and probably can't completely avoid cross contamination. As per their nutrition guide, they have a lot of GF options, and I absolutely love their food. My favourite menu items are the burrito bowl, and nacho fries. Honestly though, I've been symptomatic more than a few times from gluten exposure there, so I now limit my trips to GYG.

The service has always been great and they have always ensured that my food was safe, both dairy free as well as gluten free. I’m coeliac so extra careful has been taken into consideration.

Never got glutened!! Burrito rice bowl is safe, possible cross contamination but never got sick from it. Corn chips are also amazing.

Food was terrible. Didn’t get sick, but didn’t feel great afterwards. Rice was undercooked and unseasoned. The “pico” was just chopped up tomatoes, and the black beans weren’t seasoned either. Very bland, sad food. The only saving grace was the chicken, but very small amount of chicken compared to the rest of the portion.

Yum, guzman is always an easy meal. They have minimal gluten ingredients in the kitchen (tortillas, churros) so the risk of cross contamination is lower. I always get the barramundi nachos and have had no issues. They have a clear allergen list online.

Great takeaway option; we ate nachos with no ill effects.
They told me they did not have a dedicated frier. Not sure if it was just this location. No actual GF menu but the cashier was able to help me navigate the menu. I ate a bowl with rice, chicken, salsa, lettuce, and cheese. It was good!
