The menu is marked for gluten-free but I was concerned about their understanding of gluten, as all items with oat were marked GF but items like eggs (no toast, just eggs) were not marked as GF. I asked the server, who did not know what gluten was. They did speak with the chef though and confirmed that the eggs were safe. I ordered eggs with vegetables and did not have a reaction. Very lovely atmosphere and my server was kind. Coffee was not great.

This adorable store has soo many amazing GF and organic options! Plenty of things to buy and stock your fridge for snacks. The attached restaurant is seriously delicious. Such healthy options that really make your body feel fueled. Great atmosphere as well. We were so stoked to have it right near our Air Bnb during our stay. Def stop by here to stock up on groceries or eat during your stay!

Secluded outdoor cafe adjacent to the Gypsea market. Both have lots of gluten free and healthy options. Items are marked on the menu. I got the hot cakes which are already gluten free but the waffles are also made with gluten free flour! The smoothies were also fresh and refreshing. Definitely worth a stop
