I always clarify that I’m allergic to gluten and can’t eat tortillas cooked on the same grill as the flour tortillas. They cook the corn on a separate surface if you ask. I’ve had them call me back to let me know that what my husband ordered wasn’t gluten free. I’m very sensitive to cross contamination and never get sick. I usually order tacos, guac, rice, or a burrito bowl. Their tortilla chips are not gluten free, but we order out so I just eat the ones I have at home.
