— Excellent

Told him while ordering that u needed to eat gluten free, he replied that everything is gluten free. He then asked if I was coeliac and I said yes, which he responded that he would be extra careful (which made me assume that everything can be done gf, but that there is some gluten on the premises somewhere) awesome knowledge and delicious food! Love it! (Also this is in a food court which also has gf burgers and sushi!)
