funny how the restaurants without a dedicated gf menu are the ones that do the best job keeping me safe- options are limited as a gf person, but the ribs and grits are sooooo good and a few other great gf options too

There is no gluten menu… it is basically sides and a salad. No gf buns or bread and the menu is mostly sandwiches.

AMAZING. Second time here and it was even better than the first. Pretty good variety. The PB&J Bacon and deviled eggs are the best! Have had the trout and the BBQ ribs with no symptoms!!

Was visiting Charlotte and stopped in here although weary of just one review.
GREAT experience. Ate here twice while visiting. As soon as I sat down at the bar for dinner, the server asked if there were any allergies or dietary needs, which was automatically reassuring. They do not seem to have a separate fryer but had plenty of GF items available on a separate menu.
I got the bbq ribs. Loaded grits. And side of pickles. All delicious! And safe! Grits were my favorite for sure

Gluten free menu, fryer has cross-contamination risk but plenty of appetizer and entrees options on the GF menu that are not fried.
Waitress asked upfront if there were any dietary restrictions or allergies to be aware of and was very knowledgeable.
