I called in advance and spoke to a manager about their kitchen. Since it is middle eastern food, most of it is naturally gluten free anyway. Nothing containing gluten ever comes into contact with their grill, so everything grilled is safe. (Kabobs, tawook, kafta, etc). The shawarma meat itself is gluten free too, so you can get a shawarma platter. He told me that everything they make has its own separate station. They had plenty of gluten free sides like mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, and rice without vermicelli noodles. Be sure to specify which rice you want. Nothing fried is safe. You can get fattoush without the pita chips or get their house salad. Beware that their toum (garlic sauce) is NOT gluten free.
Our waiter was careful to ask questions and check with the kitchen about every menu item we ordered. They don’t seem to have much experience with gluten free folks, but they were kind and accommodating. I didn’t get sick and will be back!!
