Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. The salmon was delicious. I was uncertain that I’d like the cheesecake-filled-strawberries, so they even brought out a sample for me to decide before I ordered.

French Lick is very limited in gluten free options but Hagen’s has many choices. Their regular menu is marked showing which items are gluten-free. My husband and I both ordered gluten-free items so we can share. Told the waitress what we were doing. My husband did order soup which I knew I could not eat. The waitress after placing order with kitchen came back to remind me not to eat the soup but everything else would be ok. The ribs were excellent. Service was great, food was enjoyable and atmosphere was nice. Would definitely return.

They do not have a gluten free menu but will prepare a dish that is gluten free, and will make alterations to it to fit your needs. I love the scallops in Boursin cream sauce!
