Restaurant serves South East Asia fusion type food based upon the Hawker Food stalls of the area. The staff were exceptionally well educated about gluten free. There was only two things on an extensive menu that wasn’t gluten free. One of those items was able to be adapted to be gluten free. Meals had great flavours & well presented. I particularly liked that the staff emphasised that the dish was gluten free as they placed it in front of me. It was so nice not to have to check before eating.
