I was floored by how knowledgeable and accommodating this restaurant was! Not only did they bake the fries for me, have gf bread and offer to make whatever i wanted, but the f&b manager personally delivered my meal and opened a new can of mayo in front of me so I know it was safe from cross contamination! So, so impressed!!
Staff were very knowledgeable about allergies. I was given an allergy card which is then signed by the team member and chef who is preparing the meal. This helped to reduce cross contamination. Evening menu was limited but they could offer alternatives such as steak with oven cooked chips. Breakfast had a dedicated gluten free corner, with bread and toaster, rolls, granola & cakes.
