You need to specifically ask over the phone for gluten free options. There are only a few dishes that can be made totally gluten free. It means they leave off the sauces, so you get a more basic version (still tastes good).

Not entirely sure about the fryers used but I am fairly certain they take generous precautions because they only items that they offer gluten free are fryer free items. They do not use a gluten free soy sauce or other sauces so I would precautions are pretty good.
Quality was very good! Quantity of GF options were about 1/3 of the menu. It seemed like they did not have a separate gluten free fryer as those items were not marked.
Very quick and great customer service!

They recently remodeled and the new decorations are fantastic. I’ve never had a bad meal here- I usually opt for something with tofu in it. Staff are knowledgeable and if you ask they have a menu labeled with the GF items. Take-out and dine-in.
They do a great job every time they have gluten-free soy sauce and gluten-free fish free sauces! I'm ecstatic to be able to eat Asian food again.
I have to amend my review to 2stars they have historically been great but as of late their prices have gone up their service has gone down and recently I ordered my usual order and it came completely glutened wrong noodles. The only gluten free noodles are rice noodles.
Many gf options. Really delicious!
I ordered fried rice and asked to have GF soy sauce as the prior reviews said they have (regular bottles in each table) ...put it on my rice after they brought a small souffle cup with it....ate half of my serving and started getting suspicious. It didn't smell like aminos. Asked to see the bottle. It was kikkoman tamari. Which adds wheat for flavor!!! Then I received my GF broth meal. Ordered it GF with rice noodles. Found a wheat noodle in it. Thankfully I found it before I got glutened again. I haven't left a review before....but I know that this app is super important to us.

Han Noodle Bar has a gluten-free menu that includes egg drop soup, noodles, and fried rice. I enjoyed a cup of egg drop soup and beef noodles. Ask your server for gluten-free soy sauce too. Delicious treat to get gluten-free Chinese!!
