Best sushi I’ve had in VT! Very good at accommodating for gluten free and offering gluten free soy sauce. Only have had a few mixups and they always are apologetic and comp me. I’ve never gotten sick from cross contamination!

Called and reserved a table for gluten free, first opening of the day and was completely contaminated. The hostess that answered the phone ensured me by coming in first of the evening, that there would be no problem. Even told the waiter that the entire table should be gluten free once we arrived.

With as bad as of an episode I’m having the whole dinner must of had gluten in it.
