Use caution if you go to Hana Sushi in Celebration Pointe. I told the waiter I am allergic to gluten and he recommended two rolls. The food arrives and as I am eating one roll I notice part of one looks like krab. So I pull it out and when the waiter came back again I ask to see the menu because this looks like krab and I didn't recall seeing that as an ingredient. The owner then came over (though I didn't know that at the time because she walked up to the table and said "you have a problem" without introducing herself), so I explained that I was concerned because this item we identified in my roll is kami and I googled that and it said it has gluten in it. She said no it's gluten free so I asked which brand do you get that is gluten free, but she couldn't say so I asked if they could check the package to confirm which kind they use and she said no one could get a package for me to verify because "we are very busy with to go orders." I can't make that up. So I told her I had just ordered another roll for my son so we could wait. A while later she flung the package on the table without saying a word and walked away. The ingredients clearly list wheat. She finally comes back and acted like she would be justified because she said see no gluten. And I said it says wheat right there. That's gluten and she said well you only had four pieces and I didn't know. So I told her she had a responsibility to know what's in her food. And she said again, "I didn't know. How was I supposed to know." And I said because the ingredients are on the package. Long story long she was very antagonistic, dismissive and rude when I was very calmly trying to figure out the facts so I knew what I was dealing with. I'm not an expert on kami so maybe they did have a GF brand.
