I talked to the chef directly and he made me a super yummy roll with cooked shrimp. The waitress was also very helpful and looked up the miso soup ingredients for me (contains barley). They had GF soy sauce. I would definitely come back.

I agree with the other reviewer:

Gluten-free soy sauce and a mostly gluten-free menu.

Plus it is on a quiet street away from the main drag and a small restaurant (30 person capacity) so just a nice friendly experience. And the salmon sashimi seemed to just melt in my mouth - yum!
