Wow, this was a gem!! I was traveling with a vegan and we found so many things that we could both eat, and even share. So many gf items, some things I'd never seen or heard of before. A great stop for snacks or to get ingredients if you're cooking at home.

Great place to pick up snacks and they even had a prepared GF turkey sandwich in the take and go counter.

This is a grocery store but they have an amazing selection of gluten free items. They have things I have not found on the mainland even. I highly suggest stopping by.

I love their deli. I’ve eaten here many times and only once did I not love the deli item. They offer two different hot meal options in the deli each day. Great grocery store as well.

This place has amazing quality and quantity of GF groceries at reasonable prices. This was our go-to for food while we stayed in nearby Princeville.

Tons of gluten free and organic options. They make a lot of things gluten free in the deli so you can pick up a quick sandwhich or salad if you are in a rush. Also, they have gluten free and dairy free cookies and other desserts made in the shop.

We stocked up on some of my favorite gluten-free brands such as Udi's bread, Applegate meats, and So Delicious coconut milk. Sadly, they didn't have much local fruit. We found some pineapple and papaya across the street at Big Save.

I stopped here twice today - once on our way to the beach and then again on the way back. Lots of pre-packaged gf options. This evening I tried a pre-made turkey sandwich. It was a bit limp but tasted pretty good. It is labeled gf but includes a warning that it is made in a facility that also produces wheat gluten. I was so hungry tonight I took a chance. Fingers crossed I don't get sick.

I agree that New Planet helped me to relax when I got to Kuai. Their local GF bread from "Pueo" was kept in the refridgerator and made excellent sandwhich bread. Does have honey and a little sugar but excellent toasted as well.

Many, many choices from bread to cereal, Amy's meals, etc. don't need to bring things from home. This should be your first stop.
