Great traditional sushi offerings, lots of gf choices. We ordered the magic mushrooms (cooked), orgasm roll, and one other specialty roll. They were all good portions and delicious! Gf soy sauce and separate menus.

They have a separate gluten free menu and even asked if it was for celiac disease. They were very receptive and the food came out marked as gluten free. They also had gluten free soy sauce and the food was very yummy. I felt safe eating here!

Easy to use, gluten free menu with a fair amount of options other than just sushi. They did a good job identifying concerns for celiacs. However the quality of the food and speed of service on at least my one visit was quite sub par. The meat in my dish was very dry, and veggies were very plain. And considering the high price this was a bit disappointing.

We are here more often than I care to admit… and we can confirm that Hapa is not only consistently safe across all the locations we have been to, with a great menu and care, but the staff are also extremely well trained and thoughtful! They have a gluten free menu and serve meals with markers. I haven’t tried the full range (and likely won’t, since it’s a full-on gluten kitchen) but sashimi certainly seems fine. Service and atmosphere are also quite good.

I order from here regularly. The first few times I would also call to ensure they took the GF seriously. I have stopped because every time I pick up food they tell me it is gluten free and it is clearly labeled with wooden sticks. Plus I’ve never had a reaction.

Foods comes labeled gluten free but i’m not sure i trust the sauces. Felt a little sick eating here and i feel like it was the soy sauce and the eel sauce (ate here three times twice takeout and once in person). I’d eat here again but skip the sauces just in case

Tried different nigiri and rolls. Our server offered some great suggestions! They do have gluten free soy sauce as well. Get the aspen roll and magic mushrooms! Waitress was also very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable eating here.

Based on other reviews, my fiancé and I came here before a baseball game. They have a separate gluten free happy hour menu, which is really uncommon for sushi places, and they had a ton of options! The rolls are flagged “gluten free”, which is always reassuring. Definitely recommend!

Had really great food and didn’t get sick, will definitely be back. They seem to be extremely good at not cross-contaminating.

This place is extremely precautious about gluten free. They mark every plate and even ring up the gluten free on a separate ticket. However, even some things can slip through a really great system. I did end up with a tempura roll with my gluten frees by mistake and spotted it. The manager was very apologetic, comped the roll and brought me the correct one.

I have a feeling this is incredibly rare for a place so conscious and I mention it mainly just to say – if this happens to you, no, the tempura isn’t GF. Other than that the food was great, happy hour was amazing and I did not get sick.

Hapa had a variety of GF sushi delights. During Happy Hour it is a bit limited, but was able to change avocado out for cream cheese. The one warm roll they did have was delicious. Check out Hapa when in Denver and ask for Alex, he is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Incredible. Best sushi experience I’ve had since my diagnosis! Extensive gluten free menu and a color coded sushi sheet that goes to the sushi chefs. Each plate came with a Gluten Free marker. So cool! I sat at the sushi bar and had the pleasure of watching them take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. I was finally able to eat sushi like a normal person! Staff was knowledgeable and service was on point. Can’t say enough good things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our waiter, named Kangaroo was fantastic. Himself and the restaurant went above and beyond. I informed them that I am celiac when making the reservation. They were waiting for my arrival with a GF menu and informed the cooks and staff to take extra precautions. Sushi was amazing!!!! Kangaroo and the hostess made it an encredible experience. The owners daughter has celiac so they know the struggle.
