Talked with the manager when we arrived. They were aware of cross contamination concerns and used separate toppings and sauce, as well as clean utensils and a clean prep area. Our daughter loved the gluten free crust. For ice cream, the server used a clean scoop on request and even let us see the ingredient label on the ice cream to ensure we felt comfortable. They acknowledge that there is gluten in the kitchen but seemed to take all steps to mitigate cross contamination. We had a very positive experience.

Used the same pizza cutter to cut my gluten-free pizza (was a glutened pizza cutter).

I have tried their gf pizza twice and both times I have been sick. I won't be trying again. Hope this helps others.
I have had the pizza a number of times, gf and cauliflower. I believe they can also make df. Of course it will never be as good as their regular pizza I’ve liked it. Can’t speak for safety measures as I’ve never watched them make it, although you can if you so choose.

I have had their gluten free pizza many times over the last five years and I have never had a problem. I always ask them to change their gloves and such as I will be super sick if I get any gluten. They always assure me that they are very careful with GF preparation. So far, so good. I will continue to enjoy their GF pizza.

LOVE happy joes pizza. It’s not dedicated GF but they cook the pizza on a tin pan with a pizza liner underneath. Never had an issue.
