Please be careful to reiterate “coeliac” to staff here and check which menu items are appropriate for coeliac, even if labelled GF. Ate here 2 years ago for a special event. I had chosen GF items off the menu and informed staff I was coeliac. I am a very sensitive coeliac, and I had a reaction from eating here. Believe it may have been a fried food cross contamination issue.

Beautiful food. But some of the items on the menu said they were GF but elements had been cooked in a fryer that cooked beer battered fries and fish. This somewhat reduced my options. I would ask questions about GF items before I ordered here.

Had the best meal in a long time. Nothing was an issue and very confident that my meal would be GF. Friendly staff, lovely environment with the restaurant built over the water.

Just had lovely gf sea food chowder. With gf toast. My husband had the fish and they pan fried it for him. He said it was delicious.
Lovely views over the harbor. Staff knowledge about celiacs.
