I'm pretty taken aback by these reviews. While I definitely understand everyone has their own experience, mine was exactly the opposite. I called first and spoke to the current manager as of February 20th 22. He was very knowledgeable the available items that I could have were the green beans the spinach the baked beans were gluten free and also the mixed vegetables. With that being said I am not only Celiac I have many food allergies including corn potato rice multiple fruits and vegetables beef pork ect... there's only approximately three restaurants that I consider "safe" . I have had absolutely no issues eating here the things that I mentioned are the only things that I have tried, I DID NOT have the barbecue sauce because I'm not willing to take that risk as a rule of thumb I don't eat any sauces that are pre-made outside of my house that I can't read the label on. I usually order the whole chicken one of the sides and just a side of avocado. Never dissapointed! Again call ahead possibly they've made some changes since these reviews are written the manager was fantastic he even met me at the counter when I got there and talk to me again about what was safe.

Staff said brisket was not gluten free. Nothing we asked about was safe and they didn't know about other ingredients at all (I have an allergy to corn).
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
Menu has cross contamination warning for all their food. No gluten free menu. Not celiac or allergy friendly.
No
The owner was there when I asked what items were gluten free, she was very up front and honest and said she didn’t really know much about gluten. She went to the back and grabbed her recipe book and showed me what was in the barbecue sauce and rubs, so she was trying to be helpful the best way that she could, and that means a lot to me. I had the brisket baked potato and I used barbecue sauce. I didn’t have any reaction to the food. All of my gluten eating family members loved it because there were rolls and jalapeño corn bread stations.
