Local Grocery store with a GREAT gluten-free selection. It doesn't have a designated section, but it has options mixed in. Fair pricing too.
If you're traveling, you don't need to pack a cooler full of food from home to make sure you have something you can eat.

In the deli, the Harris Teeter Original Potato Salad I did not react to. It is not marked gluten free. I do not have celiac but I have intestinal issues with gluten that come in almost immediately.

They have a decent amount of options for GF foods. They mix them in with the other foods so it can be challenging to find. They GF cookies and brownies and cakes and cupcakes in a freezer between the bakery and meat/seafood. The door says Gluten Free but beware! The bread inside is NOT GF. However, there is GF bread in the frozen section on the opposite end of the store. They have a lot of Udi's brand and also have their pizza
