This place was excellent! It was conveniently located next door to our hotel (Omni), so we stopped by for a bite on the evening we arrived. Our server was very knowledgeable about GF practices and Celiac Disease. He sent the manager to our table to discuss the menu, and she brought all my food out separately to avoid CC. We had the Brussels sprouts as an appetizer (though they are listed as a side), and they were were delicious, marinated in a balsamic glaze. We also had the pizza (10 inch-ish) with pepperoni and caramelized onion. The sauce had such a lovely, spicy full flavor, and the crust, while thin, was neither a bready sponge nor wafer-crisp. It was the perfect softness and texture to showcase the wonderful flavors on top.
