Hat Creek is a quick and easy place to go on my lunch break! Especially since there are no other gluten free options in Lakeway. I go at least once a week and tell them I have a wheat allergy and I have never been glutened! Love it there!

I am Celiac. I owned a 100% Gluten Free restaurant in Maui (until COVID-19 and the insane local government killed it). I decided to semi retire an move to Texas. Of all the gluten free burgers I have tasted, this is by far the best burger. The bun makes me question if it’s really gluten free (it’s that good). If you see a Hat Creek restaurant on your travels, take my advice, stop and have the GF burger. Even if you are not hungry!

Fantastic place for gluten free! My go to when I am out and about especially since all sides are safe!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They now have GF buns! The chicken nuggets and all sides here are GF, even the fried pickles!

The chicken flashers (nuggets) are gluten free as well as the regular and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries and dipping sauces are delicious. I believe the fryers are safe but double check. Most or all locations have a play area for kids. They would get 5 stars from me if they offered gluten free buns for the burgers.
