It is a wonderful place for celiacs!!! Food was wonderful! The owner, Jennifer, is very friendly and helpful about gluten free menu. One of their managers has celiac so I feel very safe having someone who understands celiac disease.

The staff is knowledgeable of gluten free accommodations as the manager has Celiac. Arroz con Pollo, Tamales de Elote, Carne con Papas, Ropa Vieja all made without gluten or gluten containing seasonings. They even have gluten free bread that can be switched out on the Cubano sandwich. Maduros and yuca fritas can be fried stove top as they do not have a dedicated fryer. Don’t forget the delicious flan that is gluten free!!
