They would not guarantee that it wasn’t cross contaminated, but all of the sauces or spices are GF.

The only gluten on the menu is the macaroni salad, the wontons on the lettuce salad, and bread if you want the sandwich item. If you order the classic plate, it comes with plain rice and macaroni salad, but I just substitute the sautéed vegetables instead (which is an extra $1). The spiced meat options are great, and I loved being able to get Dole Whip, which is hard to find.
