Review of Hawkeye's Country Tavern

Not super impressed overall. They had no markings on their menu for GF items. When I asked about something, the waitress started to “guess” based on other Celiacs she’s served. When I asked to her check with the kitchen, she did. Food was okay- not great. Got a ribeye cheesesteak on an open face GF roll. The steak had more fat on it than I would’ve liked. Also- I don’t think the fryers are dedicated because I found a piece of breading with my fries. My fault for not asking. Won’t go back.
