Mike and Valerie Pitalo bought the Health Nuts in May 2013 and have put their signature on the store. It's great grocery store not only for GF food, but also for organic, vegan, preservative-free, healthy cooking supplies, snacks and prepared foods.
They have an expanded freezer section with a large variety of GF breads, GF pizza, GF frozen meals and more. Several varieties of GF pasta.
Health Nuts is a great place to pick up GF groceries. The owner is Mickey Banks. She is a sweet heart...a truly compassionate soul.
They have a wide variety of items and even have products that you cannot find anywhere else on the Coast! This store has become my favorite! They are very friendly, help you find items, and will special order for you or begin carrying products you request.
