I have been here several times and always try something different. Today I had the breakfast bowl and it was excellent. Also had the homemade French toast that was excellent. Coffee and service are great and the bakery items are to die for.

The staff is very friendly and sweet. The food is amazing! So many gluten free & vegetarian options. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert everything is delicious. Very safe for celiacs I've eaten there a lot and never had a problem. They take it very seriously and you have nothing to worry about here.

Though we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility, simply let us know your dietary needs, and we will go out of our way to accommodate and offer you a safe and happy environment where you can enjoy some good healthy food.
It is very helpful to inform your server of any severe allergies you may have. While most of our menu is able to be ordered without much risk of cross-contamination, we do take extra precautions with orders labeled "high-risk" (i.e. symptomatic Celiac), such as wiping down every surface prior to preparing the order.

This place has a dedicated gf area and gf cookware, no issues eating here.
Ive gone here twice and gotten sick both times. Not my typical gluten reaction though so I’m not sure if it was cross contamination or something else. The first time I had the chili salad. I reacted like I’d gotten food poisoning. The second time I had gotten the Philly veggie and some of their gf deserts, ended up not feeling well again. I love the amount of options they have and really want to think it’s just a fluke I’ve gotten Ill but twice in a row seems suspicious to me.
This place is a gem! There are gf options for the majority of the menu. My celiac daughter & I have tried many menu items and have never been disappointed. I’m not celiac but the gf options here are so good that I often choose them too. Everything is made fresh, from scratch with the purest ingredients. The gf pancakes & waffles are so delicious and the turkey sausage is the perfect accompaniment. For dinner, daughter loves the turkey burger on gf bun and I love the sloppy joe on gf bun. The gf pies and cheesecakes are amazing! This is a family business and the staff are so friendly and kind. We’re fairly new to the area and this quickly became one of our favorite places to eat.

My family adores this place. My sister-in-law and I both have Celiac dieses and my brother and sister-in-law can't have dairy. It is amazing to be able to go in a place and be confident in what you're eating. They have an allergy friendly menu. They grind their own gf flour daily. They have a bakery and bulk food section. And all their ingredients are wholesome and healthy. I love this place!
I’m so confused as to why there aren’t more reviews of this place. The food is so fresh and delicious and the staff is very helpful. They know all about cross contamination and preparation of safe food. What a pleasure to eat here. So many offerings and yummy treats to boot. Will be back many times over!
