This is probably my favorite place I. All Western MA! The food is delicious and nutritionally dense. Such a simple luxury to be able to order anything off the menu and not get sick!

This is my go to place, the menu is fresh and locally made/sourced. They make almost if not everything in house and it all tastes amazing.

Delighted to find a dedicated gluten free and allergen sensitive restaurant in one of favorite spots to visit. I had the fish bites and spicy sesame noodle salad. Both were excellent. My wife had the wonderful fish cakes. Will definitely be back.

Was very surprised to find this little gem of a restaurant without planning ahead. I had the fish nuggets and sweet potato and potato fries. Delicious! The apple juice is fresh squeezed and tasted like an apple in a glass. Thank you for a safe and delicious meal!

What a nice little find on a day trip to Shelburne Falls. The food was excellent. It’s been a while since I had a fried fish and we tried the fish bites. Very tasty and fresh. The tempura was also very good. I like that you can see all the ingredients when ordering and adjust your order. The service was nice and quick.

We loved finding this little spot on our recent trip to Western Mass! The food here is 100% gluten free! The staff are super friendly, and the plates were all delicious! The fish bites were our favorite! We can’t wait to come back and try more!!

I would give Hearty Eats six stars if I could! Incredible fresh local foods. Awesome atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. We stop in whenever we can and we are always impressed. The menu changes by the produce season and is incredibly amazing! All gluten free restaurant except for a bottled beer - nothing to get sick on and have never gotten sick! Love it!!!

Tasty fried fish and seaweed salad! A welcome find on a road trip. The staff was also very knowledgeable and patient about other food allergies, and they have a detailed allergen list.

Staff was friendly. Food came fast. Food was excellent. I had potato soup, chips with hummus, and rice balls. I am a very reactive celiac and I had no problem. I bought one of each gf cookies for home!

I come here every year for a cider festival and I always make sure to stop by for lunch. After 4 years, it never disappoints! Being a very sensitive Celiac, I never have to worry about cross contamination and everything is always delicious. Staff is knowledgeable and there is always wonderful service. I highly recommend!

Fantastic spot! My son (celiac + dairy, nut, egg allergies) could eat everything on the menu! Everything tasted delicious as well. Be sure to try the tempura fish.

Delicious, fresh, healthy food with lots of vegetarian options. Friendly staff. So nice to eat somewhere & not have to worry about cross-contamination. Love the Kombucha too! Every time I’m in town I eat here, wish it were closer to home.

The fish bites, crispy rice bites, and apple tart were all delicious. My husband and I are visiting from Cincinnati and we were very excited to find gluten free fried fish. I'd say the rice bites were the best thing we ate. Everything on the menu is gluten and dairy free but you would never know.

Fish & Chips are indeed amazing! And I had to order a small onion rings. It has been 5 years since I've been able to eat fish & chips and onion rings at a restaurant. No worries of getting sick. Came through here on our road trip from Boston to Stratton mountain Vermont. Definitely worth the 15min extra drive.

Wow! This place just opened and I hope they're here to stay! The entire place is gf so there's absolutely no risk of cross contamination. I had some of the best tempura veggies ever- crunchy and light with a savory tamari ginger dipping sauce. The menu is small so everything is fresh and quickly prepared. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. They've only been open a week but it's my new favorite place!
