Have been here several times and love it! It’s amazing not to even have to ask about wheat and cross-contamination and fryers…. And the food is great. The people who’ve join Ed me here (who are not gluten free) also really enjoy the food! Highly recommend.

We have been here a few times and it has rapidly become one of our favorite places in Calgary. We have tried almost everything on the menu and love it all. We never leave without bringing home some frozen empanada's. The service is always friendly. I highly recommend this 100% Gluten-free restaurant.

Our daughter sent us a wonderful meal from Heaven Restaurant. We had empanadas (black bean with cheese, and beef empanadas), yucca fries and actual chocolate cake! All gluten-free and all amazingly good.

This is one of our favourite restaurants. The fish tacos are fantastic and it’s nice to eat at a place that is entirely gluten free.

The restaurant is fully Gluten-free, no chance for cross-contact. I ordered The Queen Arepas, what else would a woman order for her birthday celebration? It was so delicious I wanted to dance in my seat and our friendly, attentive server checked in on us to ensure everything was good, the usual few bites in and when our water was running low. There was another full table nearby and she professionally checked on them from a distance without disturbing their gathering.

This is not a fast- turnaround focused restaurant, but a place to chill and chat with really great food.

Safe for those allergic to gluten and tasty with a great variety of dishes, some special dishes only on Monday and Tuesday.

My husband and I just had the most delicious meal at Heaven Restaurant & Bar! Everything we tried was good: the chips and dips were yummy (guacamole, bean dip, pico), the mini cheese empanadas with garlic sauce, side of plantains, but the Canadian arepa was our favorite! Everything (except a few beers) is GF!!

I am in Calgary for school and was searching for a gf place to get dinner. The great reviews and ample menu enticed me. I ordered the Arepas sliders and the chicken strips with yuca fries. Everything was delicious! The chicken strips were perfectly crunchy on the outside. Chefs kiss! So happy to see more dedicated gf restaurants!

We eat frequently at Heaven Restaurant! Complete gluten-free facility so what else is there to say safety wise. Their food is delicious and at fairly reasonable prices, we love their chicken quesadillas and empanadas! Its also great that they have 2 freezers full of takeaway goods that you can buy and bring home to enjoy at another time.

Absolutely amazing establishment, I went with a group of people two of us where Celiac and one was a vegetarian our meals where all absolutely amazing from start to finish. I can't recommend this place enough, we made sure to also stock up on some of there to go food's aswell.

Delicious food and completely gluten free! After a wonderful lunch, we enjoyed the vanilla coconut cake and chocolate cake (these two are dairy free and egg free) for dessert. So moist and flavorful. Then bought a bunch of stuff from the freezer. Empanadas, soups, lasagna, mac and cheese and lots more.

So so so good! Went with my non-GF friend and we enjoyed the chorizo empanada and the arepa sliders (beef, chicken, and pulled pork). So amazing and the sauce for the empanada was amazing. They sell a lot of their menu frozen for take home and if I lived in Calgary, my freezer would be stuffed with their products :)

I’ve eaten at Heaven many times before but a few weeks ago I ordered take-out chicken fingers and yuca fries. Oh. My. Word. They were so delicious, even my friend who isn’t gluten free wanted more. Everything I have tried has been superb. One of my favourite places to grab some delicious food and know it’s safe to indulge.

How wonderful to be able to eat at a dedicated GF restaurant. We had been traveling all day and we were starving by the time we arrived at almost 8pm.

We shared chips and guac, the taco trio and an arepa. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs :)

The service is great, the food takes time to make (which is a good thing!) so we were glad to have chips & guac to munch on.

I would come back if I’m ever in the area.

Patricia is the owner, and she is dedicated to making amazing and authentic food fully gluten free. The entire restaurant is GF, so there's no possibility of cross contamination. Heaven products are also spoke frozen in Airdrie and Crossfield.

Wonderful supportive staff who are ready & willing to answer all questions. . We've tried MANY items on their takeout menu and they've all been divine, as advertised and filling. The food does not taste GF, ifv you know what I mean. This place is a GREAT FIND!!!

Heaven is a sweet little mom n' pop shop serving authentic Venezuelan food. All of their food is naturally GF so not many modifications from the original recipes are needed. The arepas were phenomenal, with crispy outsides and flavourful insides. It was also nice to be able to share a yucca poutine with friends without worry. Aside from feeling safe and satisfied with the food, their service was friendly and fun, making for a cheerful dining experience.
