Haven’t had fried chicken in years because my celiacs. Went here as I pass by it all the time and today saw the reviews. Chicken is FANTASTIC! They have a dedicated kitchen, including fryer. They no longer have GF bread, but have substituted a wonderful GF cornbread. I will be back! Will update only if I get sick. But, so far so good.
The owner prepares that himself in a dedicated kitchen space and fryer. He has spent a long time perfecting the gluten free recipe. It was delicious! I recommend calling your order in ahead of time as it takes quite a while to prepare. Gluten-free only available Thursday through Sunday and only at the Everett location.
