They provided a gluten free/vegan menu and detailed allergen list, and informed me about their efforts to prevent cross contamination. The manager placed my order and brought my dessert to the table. The waffles were delicious and I did not have a bad reaction!

They have gluten free waffles, brownies and other desserts and drinks, smoothies, sundaes available.
