Review of Hecho En Vegas

Had Banderas enchiladas and chips and salsa: 6-hours later, celiac symptoms. 12-hours later, definitely a reaction. Based on menu cross-contam warning about even masa being manufactured on wheat equip, not sure why I trusted the "Safe for Celiacs" reviews. I should have known better as now I will pay for 3-5 days. Will not be back, over-priced for Mexican food and salsa choices were boring. Most importantly, as a Celiac, do not trust reviewers that claim "safe," when cross contam clearly identified by the establishment, as a statement on their menu, even specific to masa. I should have used my judgment and instead, trusted fickle reviews from "celiacs." Let's see your path report---"self-diagnose" much? Grrrrr.
