Review of Hecho En Vegas

HECHO EN VEGAS is truly an excellent choice for Celiacs. We have eaten there at LEAST a 1/2 dozen times and had a great experience each and every time. Menu is clearly marked, staff is knowledgeable...first time we went, executive chef actually came out to the table to talk to us (his daughter is Celiac, so he really knows how to do gluten-free right). Highly recommend.
