We stopped her on a wedding weekend. Three of us have celiac. I had a cheeseburger with a GF bun. Others had a lobster roll on GF bun. All were amazing. No fries or tater tots since they are in shared fryer. However I was dying for an ice cream and they have gf cones but was too full.
Best gf burger!! No exaggeration! The manager has celiac so they are very aware of cross contact. She also makes gf baked good (sometimes they use this in their small batch ice creams). I was so thankful they told me ahead of time about the gf bun they use or I would've thought it was gluten! Absolutely delicious. They write gf on the box and tell you its gf when they hand it to you. No dedicated fryer but they make up for it with other offerings. The best dessert is a scoop of their edible gf cookie dough and vanilla soft serve. Also found out recently they have gf ice cream cones :)

Great little place! I tried the tacos and grilled cheese sandwich (which is cleverly prepared on a GF hamburger bun flipped inside out so it looks like regular bread slices).
I wish I could put into words just how great this place is! The owners girlfriend has celiac‘s disease, she is also the manager! She is awesome at ensuring your allergy needs are met. Cookies, tacos, ice cream, hot dog and hamburger buns, and more! Just go! You won’t regret it…
I had their delicious carne tacos and a small vanilla shake. All delicious. The staff was very helpful and careful. The food was amazing! And the atmosphere was fun with outdoor tables on the lawn & on the porch under twinkle lights. No separate GF menu but the staff at the window knew, and then double checked with the cook as to which items are celiac safe.
I love this place. Vegan and gluten free ice cream and lunch options and they always check if you are intolerant or if it is a preference. They offer to reopen brand new toppings foe me, wash utensils and are knowledgeable about ingredients.
Staff is very knowledgeable—manager is celiac and is very careful of allergies and cross contamination. Lots of GF options, w/ gluten free hot dog and hamburger buns, pitas, bread, and other stuff. Good ice cream too, with lots of GF options. Most things are marked gf/not and if you’re unsure you can always just ask and they’ll confirm. Overall, the best place for some quick and easy celiac/gf friendly bites!
Was told fries were gluten free and fried separately...then after they said they were fried in common fried with other flour based products. Don’t train their staff and/or don’t know what to train. Be careful.
Heibeck’s Stand has just updated their menu this year to include so many gluten free options. You can basically make any menu item gluten free with a gf roll or hot dog bun, but they also have a gluten free panini which is AMAZING with their homemade gf falafel and Philly cheesesteak (seriously delicious). They also make gluten free cookies occasionally to have with their ice cream sandwiches and they do crazy gluten free sundaes!
