Review of Heidi's Of Gresham

My mom does not have celiac, but has many digestive problems and is gluten free. We went to Heidi's for lunch and asked if the french fries were gluten free. The waitress said yes, but I asked her to double check. She came back and then said no. She was totally clueless and I don't think she even knew what gluten was based on the answers she was giving me. We ended up having a BLT on gluten free bread and a side salad with no croutons. I even went and talked to her privately and told her it was very important that everything was gluten free. Well, a day and a half later my mom ended up sick. We know it was something at Heidi's. My mom was sick a couple days after eating there another time also, but we didn't connect it to Heidi's that time. Two times in a row cannot be a coincidence.
