Can’t be bothered to keep baking and stocking throughout the day - inexplicably wouldn’t accommodate pre orders. One of those places where they produce limited quantities and then proclaim they’ve ‘sold out’ to generate buzz. Create a more hospitable policy that accommodates folks that won’t line up outside your door.
Unbelievably condescending employee experience. So weird to show up to an empty ‘sold out’ bakery, get told you can’t place a pickup order for the next day but get lectured on how this business model is great.

hi there! so sorry for your negative experience. it's unfortunately extremely difficult to keep up with demand, and has been for the two and a half years we've been open! it is such a blessing, and yet a curse, because we don't want to turn away folks like you. we just don't have the ability to stay fully stocked for everyone until close without massive amounts of food waste. please come back and try us sometime–maybe a bit closer to when we open. :)
