Ordered the Açaí Bowl, the Purple Jungle Smoothie and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious and I felt very safe eating here and had zero reactions. They did inform me that there was a chance of cross contamination in the kitchen because they do handle gluten but that is the risk we all take unless it is a dedicated kitchen. The açaí bowl had a lot of flavor and wasn’t super sweet which we really appreciated. The granola was gluten free as well. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing! It was soft and cake like!! They had lots of gluten free and vegan options as well as a little market to buy groceries and prepackaged lunch options. The kitchen did close at 2 so keep that in mind when heading there for lunch. Parking is difficult anywhere in Key West but they did have 5 parking spots just for the cafe.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast. Had the gf chocolate chip muffin and smoothies. The kitchen is not dedicated gf but they prevent cross contamination as much as possible. Let them know you are celiac when you order. There are also ton of gf snacks supplies available in shop.

Stopped here for breakfast. Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten. Very small place outside seating only. Had breakfast 2 which is organic scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, sliced tomato, toasted local bread, vegan butter & house jam. Which was delicious. They also had GF donuts, muffins and cookies.

Excellent food and plenty of options. I am celiac and didn't get sick at all. At the wrap and breakfast scrambled eggs on separate occasions. Their coffee was excellent as well.

This was a gem to find! First the cafe is adorable with plenty of grab and go items, 2nd the sandwiches can be made with gf wraps and are super tasty! Highly recommend this bc as great as Key West is, eating here has been difficult w a gluten allergy.

A very small cafe with seating outside. The inside had a lot of options for everyday products. Food was good. Wasn’t a fan of the GF bun but the wrap was delish. Very knowledgeable about the menu and what was safe.

Nima tested two gluten free wraps. Chicken salad and tuna. Both positive for gluten. Pic posted.

Good coffee and good food. My daughter and I are both celiac and neither got sick.

I enjoyed a really yummy breakfast there. Will come back tomorrow. A lot of gluten free options. It’s very pricey but organic.

Had lunch there safely. Both wife and daughter are celiac. Some entries in the menu are labeled as gluten free (actually uncertified gluten free), some others can be adapted as the wraps can be done with a corn tortilla. Kind of creepy the legal disclaimer that the guy in the counter gives you once you identify as celiac. Basically they do not ensure that there is no cross contamination. Once they see ur scared face, they tell you: We will do our best and you won’t find a safest option in Key West...

Great food! Fresh and tasty. Did not get sick. Many gluten-free options. We will recommend this place.

Not just gluten free. This is organic clean food. Small seating outside, breakfast & lunch only & some grocery items. We walked out of our way to eat & it was worth it!
Ate a very tasty tuna salad wrap - gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free. Wrap was a brown rice tortilla. Restaurant is part of a small health food grocery store which was nice to be able to purchase a gluten free cupcake.

Amazing food so yummy and was great ❤❤

Very enjoyable experience! Great atmosphere and fun options, both on the menu and in the small grocery area. However, baked goods are displayed in the same cake dish making me assume there could be some cross contamination in the kitchen. Overall a great stop for snacks and a coffee.
Excellent!! Had the gf tuna wrap. Great kick with sirachi mayo. Also, neat little health food store to boot. Darling outside seating as well.
Grocery gets an A+ for their celiac-safe offerings and local fruits. Cafe workers made it clear that they have a very small kitchen and cross contamination can't necessarily be avoided, but they do their best. Really expensive.
Awesome, so many options to choose from had to visit several times during our stay!

Wonderful place! Chickens roam around - such a great vibe. 2 Celiacs, no reaction & great food.

Got breakfast here 3 of the 4 mornings of our vacation. Yummy, with great attention to celiac-y kinds of details. I'd love to see more of a selection of GF foods on the menu, because the ones that exist are delightful!

Phenomenal restaurant. Excellent food, menu was very clearly marked, staff was knowledgable and I wish I knew about it my first day here!!! I highly recommend it.
This is the only place in kw where I feel like I can eat and know 100% that I'm not going to get sick.

Great experience! very knowledgeable. staff asked me if I was celiac and asked if okay to adjust my order because it was gluten free but not celiac safe. Food was good too.

Quaint outdoor cafe. Yummy juice bar and delicious coffee. Healthy menu with gluten free wrap/bread options. They also have a great health food store with fresh organic veggies and fruit, and gluten free packaged goods/ supplies, as well as other holistic items.
Great place for breakfast. Delicious smoothies and breakfast wraps with a gluten free wrap. There is also a little grocery store with gluten free items. We ate here both mornings we were in Key West for breakfast.

Be very careful here!! Had the chicken wrap and watched the preparation where gloves were not changed, same knife used for gluten items was wiped with a paper towel. I informed the chef of his errors and after he told me he always changes his gloves, he gladly made me a new wrap, but shouldn't have had to ask. Retrain your staff please!
We ate here every day on our week long stay for either breakfast or lunch. Food and smoothies are outstanding! Fresh, delicious, food!
Had the breakfast omelet which was great! Make sure they put 'celiac' something or other in when they put in your order in addition to the gf wrap. Pricey but it's good clean organic food, felt great afterwards.

Help Yourself is a cute restaurant, with great food and a beautiful outdoor seating area. I thought my lunch wrap was delicious. The menu has GF labels, and staff was very helpful regarding GF questions. The service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this place for lunch. My daughters loved their smoothies.

Stopped here for lunch while visiting Key West based on reviews. Excellent gluten-free options, all wraps available gluten free and a nice section of pre-made salads and snacks with all ingredients clearly labeled. Staff asked if we were celiac to let the kitchen know so I felt very confident in their knowledge and kitchen practices. Delicious, fresh and healthy food!
great food thats good for you and taste great. also has take home snacks and pre made food you can buy. best smoothies ive ever had. I love the pesto wrap
Decided to give this place a try based off of other reviews and I'm glad I did! They have plenty of gluten free options and even have some prepackaged meals if you need something quick. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious (I had the GF Chicken Salad Wrap)!
If you are around Key West, give this place a try!

This was a great relief on my vacation! After having vacations ruined from contamination this place had me leaving feeling confident! I had the Asian zucchini noodles . It is julienned zucchini with broccoli , onions and sprouts in a slightly spicy curry broth with cashews. The meal left me full and energized! Didn't have to worry about where the closest bathroom was! My boyfriend had the salmon wrap, it looked delicious! There are GF wraps available! They have good, healthy and safe lunches available. I would recommend for lunch.

My husband and I came here after being contaminated at two different places in Key West earlier in the week. It was the first meal I walked away from feeling confident and with an absence of a heavy achy stomach. I had the chicken spicy peanut dish, it was fantastic. My husband had the lasagna. We each ate half and switched. We will definitely go here again tomorrow but will just split something as it is big enough to share in my opinion. Cute place, all healthy. Could have tables to eat at but it wouldn't stop me from going back knowing I could trust something to be gluten free.

Great selection of GF options. Hubby had a GF wrap and I had red thai curry. Both good. A little weird with no tables, but wouldn't stop us from going. Lots of breakfast stuff and smoothies too
Combo of small organic market and restaurant. We ate here twice during our stay. I ordered the coconut curry with chicken and a half-portion of Indian Summer Salad. Both were tasty, though I was mildly annoyed when I heard the running commentary from the kitchen staff that the salad I had ordered did not contain gluten and therefore the ticket didn't have to be written up to request GF. Maybe I got lucky and she performed the necessary ablutions after preparing the previous customer's whole wheat wrap. I'd recommend specifying that you have an allergy to avoid contamination.
