They label things "not containing gluten ingredients" and most items are out in a refrigerated window display near other items that may or may not be GF. Thankfully, I didn't get sick but was still uncomfortable with the setup. :-/

Friendly staff. Salad bar with almost everything gluten free. Menu on the board, indicating gf options. Vegan also available.
